The Service is intended primarily for organizational and professional use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to use the Service. By using Enterlink, you represent that:

● your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
3. Account Registration

You agree to:

4. Organizational Accounts
Enterlink may provide accounts tied to an organization or department. In these cases:

● administrators may view or manage data uploaded by users within the same organization
● organizational policies may apply to platform usage
Users should understand that data uploaded to the platform may be accessible to authorized members of their organization.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
● violate any laws or regulations
● upload malicious software or harmful code
● attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
● disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
● upload content you do not have the right to use or distribute
Enterlink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. User Content
Users may upload files, documents, and other content to the Service (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading content you grant Enterlink a limited license to:
● store the content
● process it within the platform
● analyze it to generate insights and responses
This license exists solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content complies with applicable laws and organizational policies.
7. AI-Generated Responses
The Service may include AI-generated responses or insights based on uploaded data and user queries. AI-generated outputs:
● may contain inaccuracies
● should not be treated as professional advice
● should be reviewed before being used for operational decisions
Users remain responsible for how they interpret and apply AI-generated information.
8. Data Security
Enterlink implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data stored on the platform. However, no system can guarantee complete security. Users should avoid uploading sensitive information unless appropriate safeguards are in place.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to the platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Enterlink platform, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, remain the property of Enterlink IO, LLC.
Users may not:
● copy or reverse engineer the platform
● distribute proprietary components
● use Enterlink branding without permission
11. Third-Party Services
The platform may rely on third-party infrastructure or services, including cloud hosting providers and AI model providers. Enterlink is not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by third-party services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enterlink IO, LLC shall not be liable for:
● indirect or consequential damages
● loss of data
● loss of business or operational interruption
● reliance on AI-generated insights
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
● these Terms are violated
● the platform is misused
● required by law
Users may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When changes occur, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
